If your order has "inStock" label, we contact with you to tell when pick up it in a maximum period of 24/48h except you make the order on Friday from 14:00h, on weekend and on bank holiday.

For orders without "inStock" label, we will contact you in a maximum period of 8 to 18 working days to indicate when you can pick it up.
We extend the exchange and return time so you can do your Christmas shopping now and exchange or return it peacefully if you don't succeed. For products bought between November 25 to December 15 (both include), it may be exchanged or return until the January 15.
